ReplyDeleteFB is not an option to me. Never used FB, I find it a sort of Myspace with better graphic. I do not know what pluspora is and I decided to stay on Wordpress and Twitter.
I do not want to use a social platform anymore for my posts...looks like they all have a deadline sooner or later. Cheers,
Corina Marinescu Please give pluspora a chance. It is part of a widely distributed network, completely free of ads and driven by the spirit of Open Source Software, not by advertising greed of a company. Different from Twitter, it is also a good platform for meaningful discussions.
ReplyDeleteAn additional plus to pluspora is that the platform isn't corporate, so it doesn't have to make money or sell our information to stay alive. Diaspora pods have been around longer than g+, already.

I noticed you showed up on pluspora. David Thiery and Di Cleverly, who run it, have both posted extensively on good ways to use it, if you decide you're interested in pursuing it.

ReplyDeleteI did made an acct., John. I looked at Pluspora and MeWe as well, and decided to make an acct. Although MeWe it's more designed than Pluspora I get the feeling that is not for me. I see it like a FB alternative.
