  4. Albert Martinez since every human has 28 to 32 teeth, I don't see any sign of hyperdontia. Just the jaws of a small infant  trying to accommodate 28 teeth + future 28/32

  7. This is very true. My son had 2 adult teeth removed from the bottom front gumline through surgery due lack of growth. This photo is exactly what the doctors explained. Our boy will forever have 2 less adult teeth. The other teeth just crowded in and you can't even tell. He is now 13.
    Yes, this is true as to how our teeth come in as children.
