In a new study at Yale the virus was shown to eliminate 70% of melanoma tumors in mice. Researchers credit the virus’s ability to attack the tumor before the immune system eradicates the virus. However, it was also shown in some instances that when the immune system began to attack the virus, it would also attack tumor cells.
Melanoma is a less common skin cancer that is responsible for 75% of all skin cancer deaths.

ReplyDeletethis is not the first time we are reading advances or breakthroughs... there seemed to be something hindering them once the journals got published, and simply disappeared.
Nobody bothered to improve on the breakthroughs found preceding each failure or mismatch of the application eventually

Why develop a medicine to cure a disease when u can just develop some meds to be used as long term treatments ? That means a lot of people would depend on them..therefore more money in their pockets ;)
There have been numerous cures, all of which BigPharma and the AMA and the FDA have fought against. This will never see the light of day. If you have cancer, get the fk out Canada or the US and get cured if you can afford it. If not, look at the numerous alternative medicines BEFORE you let them destroy what health you have left and need to win the battle. Conventional medicine is the only area where there is no progress and they push treatments that do not improve quality of life, length of life, or improve mortality and our government push this on those they are supposed to be representing. Hoxey, Essiac, B17, Baking Soda, DCA, Cannabis, Gerson, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, broccoli extracts, curcumin, lemons...Burzynski is the only one that won the battle against the agencies who are supposed to be setting standards for these soul-less corporations and "teaching" institutes that have a duty to create only profit. If their executives were not immune from personal liabilities even just for misfeasance and malfeasance...I see many positive changes around Petro-Pharm, Banking, some governments... :)

ReplyDeleteWell then it is even more difficult to understand the plethora of GMOs which finally have some real studies which of course prove they cause multiple forms of cancer. And why are last line of defense antibiotics allowed and almost required in factory in harming?? Are all those hormones we're eating good for us? Are our bodies now BT factories? And lastly why are they desperately trying to destroy the pollinators and what in the hell was Monsanto doing to those mosquitoes?
My mother was a cancer researcher - A lot of stuff works pretty good in mice but does not work in humans. Sad but true. Too expensive, and cruel , to do cancer research on primates.
ReplyDeleteDavid Q. Cohen but were there not a lot of alternative treatments suppressed or ignored? There are people this very day using cannabis oil for instance, like myself. Once i was able to achieve 1 gram per day of a good quality cannabis oil, I swear I can feel the cancer healing my bones from breast cancer. I am not alone, there numerous stories and accounts on YouTube and testimonials from real patients of Gerson, Essiac,B17, baking soda....and then listen to Dr Burzynski's story. ReplyDeleteBarb Kueber I am a scientist. So I believe that the "scientific method" is the best way try to solve problems. More often than not, there are no easy solutions Plants are great chemical factories and most of our drugs are derived from plants. Plants make these chemicals as a defense against insects and herbivores - not to help us humans - that's just a side effect. nothing guaranteed.
ReplyDeleteDavid Q. Cohen I too am a firm believer in science and the work that scientists do. I don't question either that doctors want to make people well. I found myself rather ill and there wasn't much I could do so I decided I that learning new things could indeed repair or rebuild my damaged brain and CNS...I started listening to the testimonies at some of these AMA hearings and the patient testimonies and Dr Burzyniski's story since he is only one that out-lived their assaults.
ReplyDeleteCorporations are by law as a top priority, make money for the shareholders. They have no conscience and I'm sure you've some of stories about HIV infected medicine being knowing sold by Bayer and such. There is now a whole cancer industry worth trillions and there are people who would stand to lose a lot of money if a cure finally was embraced.
There have been lots of studies on pyto and endocannabinoids for instance with cancer and vitamin D, sulforphane, curcumin, lemons, baking soda...who will pay to have these approved? The cancer societies are handing everything back to BigPharma so what of natural medicines and orphan drugs, yes what of DCA. I asked my Oncologist can use DCA she said no but offered to remove some more organs and something called Tamoxifen short term (only since I had done my research)...now if you check that out, EDITED re whistle-blower scientist released that knowing it caused endometrial cancer and it has loads of other side-effects including other types of cancer but...check it out, I think drugs.com...it does not increase quality of life, duration of life, or time to morality. Or chemo of course if I'd rather but that cipro already nuked me pretty thoroughly in 2011 and is life half living really a life?
