The density inside of neutron stars is so great, it is believed that the atoms inside of it are very tightly packed and begin to form shapes that resemble pasta. Some form flat strips like lasagna, and others resemble fusilli in spirals. It was only recently experimentally verified that this type of matter is possible, though it was first theorized 30 years ago.
