I am a day late...but I have an excuse, stupid flu ;)
Yesterday would have been Neil Armstrong’s 83rd birthday!

His career with NASA began in the 1950s as a test pilot before he was selected for Gemini 8 and 11. He became the first American civilian to go into space and was the first person to dock two vehicles in space. 

On July 21st, 1969, Armstrong captivated the world when he became the first person to walk on the moon as part of the Apollo 11 mission.
