    I'm not sure Nandlal Shah , but you  can turn this effect on from your Google+ account.. I think is somewhere in settings.

    Well you should find this option under the Photos tab in settings.

    Then I don't know, I have some Google problems on my computer also....all the posts under the Home tab are turned off. I think only on computers are some errors, since everything goes smooth on the tablet.
