These absolutely crazy long-exposure images of the
northern lights were captured over Iceland.
Auroras are the result of high energy particles from a solar storm bursting out from the Sun and through Earth’s magnetosphere a few days later.
Photographer Davide Necchi shows they can move in shapes you can imagine anything out of.
