    I'm constantly amazed at how dogs quickly learn to read very subtle cues in behavior. We seem far less capable of reading their cues.

    Yes they are. I befriended one of our police k9’s. He always knows when I am around. I have become squeaky toy tennis ball guy to him. He is a good pup!
