We have programs in place in Texas that let you specify that your energy comes from solar and wind. You pay a bit more, but you pay a constant rate (for residential) all year and there's no fuel charge. Lots of folks signed up.

USA, Obama President agreed Paris Agreement, and he share the Statement with China, I think that target will can do! In Copenhagen Conference, USA, China refused Target of 2C Degree!
