Fractal Geometry is very interesting - but I just couldn't get into it as an undergrad - I'll have to go back over it because it was pretty analytical stuff when considering the dimensions of things, like box dimension etc.
For once, this B&B animation seems to admit interpretation as a persistent and consistent 3D thing, a 3x3x3 cubic configuration of white balls in the middle of a 5x5x5 shell of black balls, all this over a white background.
Ah, Gleick. Have you read 'Chaos'? My brother bought it for me and I frantically read it a fair few years ago, so I'm planning to re-read it.
