Yoga is a technology.

Yoga is a technology. If you learn to use it, it works – no matter where you come from or what you believe in or do not believe in.

I'm currently dealing with this position...this photo is the perfect #inspiration  .

  1. That's pretty high-tech! I feel like R2-D2 looking at a T-1000. O.o

  2. Took awhile to see her pose. I would like a proper yoga education but have also created my own stretching and relaxation techniques from my youthful dance days. I often wonder if the auyervedic forms matter so much as the stretching alone. It seems to me that my personal routine offers the same benefits in stress relief as well pain relief.

  3. Corina Marinescu impressive if you can do it at all. The only way I could get into a pose like that would be if someone forced me, and then they'd have to take me to the ER so you could get me out of it.

I love yoga for the peacefulness, stretching, mindfulness, and strength-building. I'm fine skipping all the more mystical stuff.

  5. Looks cool. One could actually put an iPad or other tablet in front of the face, so one can watch a movie or read mail at the same time.

  8. I gave that try.  I think I won't be able to do it until after the reincarnation.

  9. Aside for poor balance on my part, I was shocked at how easy this pose was and how good that stretch felt! I'm weak as a kitten after many months of illness.  I can use poses like this to build back up when I'm healed.
