And yes, I am amused that everyone ignores how Fukuyama Daini survived the tsunami and earthquake... and only looks at Daiichi and its older, bad design to pronounce all nuclear as bad! Over here, we call that "throwing the baby out with the bathwater"!
And replacing nuclear with coal is a horrible idea. Same pollution, radioisotopes in coal smoke, just not all at once so easy to ignore. Abe should ask neighbors in Beijing how that's working for them.
