Actually it has been around for sometime and been knowingly discussed by near everyone... most know it by its early Babylonian derivative, Politicalism. A jelly like substance the registers no sign of mass or energy though apparently it is capable of producing infinite amounts of tasteless gas.
From the business point of view, maybe Elon Musk-type can engineer some products out of these theories to make them matter. :-)
