Leap Second
Today, we all get 1 extra second - a leap second - which is added to our clocks to adjust for Earth's rotation. The time morsel will be added tonight at 23:59:59 - so make sure to enjoy that 61-second minute!

    So there is a loophole for Greece. There is no midnight for a default to happen. Not for 12 months anyway. Ok prolly not :)

    Time really is just an illusion, so you can add all the Leap Seconds you want.
