ReplyDeleteAnd active meditation, such as dancing, karate-do or tai-chi are exactly the same: empty your mind, make some room by shutting your inner voice that's taking so much memory.
ReplyDeleteIt is believed that "kinetic memory" is what forces you to do it. Have you ever tried to remember a long sequence of movements by watching, then practicing over and over and over again? Choreography, katas they all have the same effect (purpose?).
