I appear again the Statement of USA & Brazil for Climate Chance issues Mistake! Stop! making many Dams in Amazon! My opinion is same them! IBAMA(Brazil Development Bank) couldn't use the lisence of those for Brazil Government already! But Brazil Government wanted to make Mistaken Statement! Too bad!
