ReplyDeleteArigatou! Owner! I think too! Before USA droped out the Climate Change Conference, on 2007 by Bali conference, the World decided the REDD project after USA jointed the conference!
ReplyDeleteI could go in the secret Environment Ministers Meeting in Bali Conference, USA said few comments only, only EU and small countries group battled in Conference.
So I think Obama President made the big wave of Climate Change!
Now USA Government make the 85-90% reducing Carbon Emission by 2050, thats matter by Obama and EU! Good Work!
